SHIPPING
All U.S. orders will be delivered within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.
If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
All orders will have a 3-5 day production fulfillment time period. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days on top of the 3-5 days for you to receive your order.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Some items (like sale items) may be final sale and non-returnable. Please note that we DO NOT offer exchanges.
To initiate a return, please contact us at 0205sy@vilelet.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order.
We have a two-week return policy. If you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
SHIPPING PROVIDER
We are not responsible for shipping if there is an issue with the shipping carrier.
If a customer provides an incorrect/invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
If an invalid address is provided, and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us at 0205sy@vilelet.co regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
Please note that any refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee. The shipping fee, which ranges between $6 and $8, is non-refundable.
